We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be tried on with underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged (this includes perfumes, make-up, tanning marks and excessive hair).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your Order Number and inform us the reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note - Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are also responsible for the charges of the return shipping label.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item or size you require will be in stock once we receive your return. We can process a store credit for you, which can then be used to purchase an alternate size or style from our website.
