Orders will be processed Monday to Friday, and will be shipped within 2 business days. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post in compostable/bio-degradable packaging.

Ailu Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If your package says it was delivered but it did not arrive, we cannot take any responsibility after it has left our studio.
CUSTOMS IMPORT TAX
For international orders, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Ailu Swim is not liable for any customs clearance fees that are required by your country, nor are we responsible for the delay of packages by customs in your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that your item be in the same condition that you received it; with all original tags and labels attached and intact.
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be tried on with underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged (this includes perfumes, make-up, tanning marks and excessive hair).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your Order Number and inform us the reason for return.
*Please note - Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for the return shipment fee.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item or size you require will be in stock once we receive your return. We can process a store credit for you, which can then be used to repurchase from our website.
