Our bikinis are hand made to order so please allow up 14 days for you order to be made. Orders will be processed Monday to Friday, and will be shipped within 2 business days. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post in compostable/bio-degradable packaging.

Ailu Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If your package says it was delivered but it did not arrive, we cannot take any responsibility after it has left our studio.

CUSTOMS IMPORT TAX

For international orders, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Ailu Swim is not liable for any customs clearance fees that are required by your country, nor are we responsible for the delay of packages by customs in your country.
